Persimmon is a really yummy fruit, but it's an autumn fruit and it's somehow hard to find it at the rest of the year, so now is the best season to try this smoothie.
Otherwise you can buy some now and refrige them.
Just remember, the riper they are, the more delicious smoothie you'll have.
Chia is another "food" that i love. Actually they are super foods cause they're full of proteins, energy, iron, and fibres. They can be added in any meal and they're great for weight loss as they give that fullness feeling.
1 ripe persimmon
1 cup of coconut milk (or any other milk that you use)
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of oats
1 tablespoon of honey
Now all you have to do is to blend them all together, and add some ice if wanted.
