Hello dear friends! How are you?
Here i am today with a lovely recipe, as promised here.
This is one of my favorite autumn smoothies as it's full of energy and proteins, it's pretty yummy, it's skinny-low fat and it's full of vitamins to keep the flu away.
What we'll need:
1 frozen sliced banana
1sliced pear
1 cup of very well cleaned spinach
1 cup of water
Cinamon
Now just blend them all together and here we go!
