Spinach skinny smoothie
Hello dear friends! How are you?
Here i am today with a lovely recipe, as promised here.
This is one of my favorite autumn smoothies as it's full of energy and proteins, it's pretty yummy, it's skinny-low fat and it's full of vitamins to keep the flu away.
It's also a great snack for children, as they're gonna love the color and the taste.
Facial toner recipe
Hello dear friends! How are you?
I noticed that you really enjoy the how to save money from your beauty routine post, so i would like to introduce you my friend Stella who is going to share a facial toner recipe with you.
Stella is the lovely girl behind Apeiranthos natural beauty products. I always use natural beauty products and once i tried Apeiranthos, i became a huge fan of them.
So today we are going to make a really easy and low budget toner which is just perfect for spring and summer.
We can use it daily after cleansing, but we can also use it as a cooling and refreshing spray at hot summer days.
So all we have to do is to follow those simple steps:
-Fill 1/3 of the bottle with green tea
-The remaining 1/3 with lemon juice
-Add 10 drops of lavender essential oil
Don't use it while sun bathing cause of the lemon ingredient.
Enjoy!
Red velvet cold soup

How is the weather in your country?
So today we are going to make an easy vegan cold soup.
What we'll need:
-1 pepper
-1 small zucchini
-Water
-1 vegetable bouillon
-salt and pepper
Cut your vegetables and put them in the water to boil them. Add also the vegetable bouillon. When everything is done, put the vegetables and the half of the water in the blender and blend until smooth. Put the mix in the rest of the water and mix them all together. Now just leave it for some hours in your fridge.
Before serving, add salt, pepper and a tablespoun of yogurt.
Et voila! That simple!

Skinny vegan peanut butter oat bars
Hello dear friends! How are you?
So this is maybe my first recipe post. I love cooking, but i usually eat fruits/toasts/stuff which doesn't need much preparation, as i'm always very busy.
Yesterday afternoon, i felt a little hungry and i tried to make something with just what i had in my kitchen. And this is how those delicious peanut butter oat bars came out.
What you'll need:
1 cup of peanut butter
1 and a half cup of flour
1 cup of brown suggar
1 cup of almond milk
A half cup of cranberries, raisins and chocolate flakes
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of salt
It's a really easy recipe. I didn't use not even the mixer.
So at the beggining i mixed the peanut butter, the brown sugar and the almond milk in a bowl, using a spoon, to melt the butter.
Then i added the flour and the salt little by little.
At the end i added the oat, the cranberries, the raisins and the chocolate flakes.
Put the mix in a baking sheet and bake it for about 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
After baking, cut them as you wish.
Well actually, these are not the classic bars, like the ones that we get from the super market.
They are really delicious and nutritious, but they are a little bit softer and more fluffy.
They seem to be something between a bar and a cake. And this is exactly what makes them so yummy and special.
Oh! They also go great with earl gray tea!
Hope you'll try them out!
Enjoy!
