D.I.Y. chevron feather bookmark

Have you ever buy supplies without needing them, just because you liked them?
It's something that happens really often to me. Sometimes it's just waste of money, but i usually try to make something creative with everything i have.
Just like this chervon lace. Isn't it adorable? I first bought it to make some bracelets, but since i've many metres, i decided to make some wonderful bookmarks.

What you'll need:
16cm chevron lace
1 jump ring
2 terminals
1 feather
gold paint spray

Step 1: Paint the feather as you wish. I avoid to paint the whole feather and tried to keep white the top of the feather.
Step 2: Put the 2 terminals at the ends of the lace.
Step 3: Hang the feather from the terminal, using your jump ring
That simple!

Hope you enjoy it! I'll be really glad to see yours!

4 office must haves

As every crafter's desk, there is always a mess on. So it's mine, and today i'm here to show you 4 of my favorite office stuff that keep my office as tidy as possible.
1. Wooden mail box
I got this mailbox recently from a craft bazaar. It's handmade of wood with decoupage technique.
Till now my mails were spread around the office, so now i keep them all together in that beautiful box.
 2. Pencil holder
This is my favorite mug. It's present from a friend and i thought that it's very stylish to keep it just for coffee, so i convert it in a pencil holder.
 3. Washi tape's vase
Washi tapes are so adorable but i loose them all the time, so i thought that this candy vase, would be great as their new home.
Diaries, notebooks and scetchbooks are more than usefull to me.
I have one in every room, as also in my bag, to write down every little idea/project that comes on my mind,.
Have you got any office organizing idea? I would be glad to hear it.
Love,
Sophie

Greenwave festival

Hello dear friends! How are you?
Here i'm again, as promised.
Last week i participated at the Greenwave Festival. The festival took place in one of the few parks of my city. An eco friendy event with many concerts, vegan recipes, handmade creations and many more. I was also there with my creation and it was a really great experience.

It was a wonderful experience, as all these three days, i came closer to nature, i met new friends and creators, i danced listening new bands and drunk homemade coctails.
I some kind felt the gypset living up close.
Here you can also see my creations.

P.s. the advice of the day: as the weather is still warm, make a walk at your nearest park, take some friends and make a pic nic, pick herbs and mushrooms.
Oh and don't forget to enter my giveaway for a natural product's gift set, here

D.I.Y. braided necklace

Hello dear friends! How are you?
I'm in a really creative mood, as i'm preparing my summer collection that i'm going to show you later, but for the moment i would like to share a pretty simple and fun tutorial for the following braided necklace.

What you'll need:
5 antique bronze elephant charms
7 jump rings
1 gold plated clasp
about 20 inches/50cm of:
cream lace
pink velvet ribbon
 purple velvet ribbon
and 3 kinds of chains.
Make a knot with the lace and the velvet ribbons.
Hook the chains on the knot using a ring.
Make 3 sets matching a ribbon with a chain and start braiding.
That simple!
When you come to end, connect the chains with the ribbons in the same way and cut the rest of the chains and the ribbons, leaving just some cm of one of the chains, so you can clip it with the clasp.

Hang the 5 elephant charms.
Et voila!
Simple and impressive! Ready to wear!

Extra tip: it also looks great as a headband!

Hope you like it and try it out!
Have a wonderful day!
Kisses!
